Administrative Management

Through Decree no. 4304 of August 22, 2012, by the Dean Carlos Alexandre Netto, the Administrative Management of the Institute of Chemistry was created. It is a new method for people and administrative activities management in the Academic Units, with the objective of facilitating the accomplishment of goals, and the performance evaluation of technical-administrative servers, as well as establishing shared responsibilities for its activities.

In this type of management, the position of Administrative Advisor was substituted by the Administrative Manager one, and five more Units and their respective Coordinators were assigned. All of the Technical-administrative servers of IQ were assigned in the Units according to their positions and activities (see below):
