According to PPGQ’s regiment, the following credits should be taken:

Master's

12 credits according to the following distribution:

6 credits from Mandatory Courses (to choose)

4 credits from Elective Courses (to choose)

being:

2 credits from Seminars (required)

1 credit from Teaching Practice I (if CAPES or CNPq scholarship)

Doctorate

18 credits according to the following distribution:

6 credits from Mandatory Courses (to choose)

10 credits from Elective Courses (to choose)

being::

2 credits from Seminars (required)

2 credit from Teaching Practice II (if CAPES or CNPq scholarship)

OBS: Doctorate students may use up to 10 credits from his/her Master’s degree towards the Doctorate degree.
